In this context, e-commerce has become a fundamental pillar to maintain a competitive advantage.
To help Haitian-owned and managed businesses, wherever they are in the world, become more innovative and creative in the field of e-commerce – allowing them to reach their target audience and improve their competitiveness – the Amazing One program was developed. This initiative is implemented as a strategic alliance between visionary entrepreneurs and community development networks, consolidating their common mission to support economic growth and the advancement of Haitian businesses on a global scale.
Companies of all sizes and sectors can benefit from this program, provided they meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
• Have at least one employee¹;
• Be a for-profit business, including for-profit social enterprises and cooperatives;
• Be registered or incorporated;
• Sell goods and services directly to consumers (B2C);
• Be accessible to or provide services to customers in person or online;
• Commit to maintaining the digital adoption strategy for at least six months after the transaction;
• Consent to participate in follow-up surveys, allow their information to be shared with program partners, and agree to the publication of their business name as a funding recipient.
